Model Citizen Diplomat Graduate:

The Tribal Village is a Comprehensive Living System where refugees arriving in Italy are immediately put into our programs. We approach problem solving in a holistic manner. We do not ask for help. We do. We have to design our problem solving in such a way that it is a for-profit activity for our partners. It is unrealistic to expect others to solve our problems only from the goodness of their heart. People somehow are more willing to participate in solving problems, when in doing so, it also solves their problem of day-to-day living.

Our concept is to constantly expand our scalable businesses observing good practices and diversifying into a range of activities capable of absorbing refugees at all skill levels. The objective is to have activities worldwide so that no ne are of the globe is being disproportionately impacted by geopolitical conditions causing upheaval. Sooner or later the mad 99% will understand that all problems on our little potential paradise is directly related to their passive acceptance of the behaviour of the maddere 1%. In taking on the job of 'being our brother's keepers' our business model is focused on scalable, job creating opportunities that require employees that can be quickly trained.

Continental Africa must also play a huge role in our development and Refugees in Europe can be put into intensive On the Job Training Programs to train them for important jobs in Africa in one of our Infrastructural Development Projects. We cannot expect to complete our work in one generation but what we can aim for is the setting up of the template and creating the Financial Model that is the driver of this program. It is therefore imperative  that training the NEXTGEN management is critical. We must not underestimate the ability of our young children to absorb the concept and become the repositories of knowledge for future implementation.  Our managers must provide a constant update to their children so that the model is slowly tattooed into their spirits.  There are very ambitious projects being implemented in Africa, such as EKO Atlantic in Nigeria, some of the power plants being built in South Africa. In many cases the biggest difficult these projects face is funding. We must proactively position ourselves to bring our expertise and networks to support the funding requirements of projects.  At these levels, the most important school is direct from persons with the know how. Ironically, it is my experience that many of the old men who are repositories to this knowledge will willing teach a young student, if they are properly approached. dizzie sq

Expect Miracles: Keep your team motivated and expect miracles. As men/women, there is only so much we can do with our  3 dimensional knowledge.   Call it what you may, the name is not important, but do understand you are a tool and as such you are being guided. Do not be so presumptuous to believe that these are 'your ideas'. Isolate yourself from the chatter so that you can hear and do not fear the opinions of others. 

So everyday, just as the refugees took one step at a time to escape to the Hell they believed was the promise land, we have to take one step toward preparing the welcome home. We have to depend on the youth. The old corrupt model did not work. We must prepare the youth and support them incoming the new leaders who are in it for everyone and defending the weakest. If we build for the weakest members in our societies then the strong will also be taken care of.  

Ours work is as much a social service as the work of Mother Teresa, the difference is we work, first and foremost with Financial Tools. Yesterday, April 25th, 2016 I had a long conversation with Olusegun Adewale. We were classmates at UCLA. We were a part of that small group of fortunate people who had the opportunity to study in that stimulating environment where through the combined efforts of many people, 1 billion dollars are raised every year to support research and the University's activities.

We are a part of that great tradition. We are a part of the AMERICAN DNA that produced, APPLE, MICROSOFT, GOOGLE, YAHOO, FACEBOOK, TESLA, YOUTUBE.... I am not a fan of the American Way, but there is something that America can teach the world. Intentionally or quite by chance, America, Silicon Valley, Seattle and many other obscure places, produces, attracts, incubates, supports THE NEXT BIG THING. Olusegun was excited as we spoke. Despite the hard work, it only took one catalyst to result in APPLE, FACEBOOK, MICROSOFT, GOOGLE. It takes only one stubborn person to light the spark. 

As the founder of Tribalmixing, I have lit the spark. We are now in implementation of the pre-start-up. It will move very fast. Tribalmixing has been spreading her roots wide and deep just out of sight, so that as the huge trees grows out of the ground, the roots will support her in all conditions. Join the adventure.
